Shipping Policy on Orders

We warehouse all of the products we sell. Orders placed Monday through Friday by noon PST will almost always ship that day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday.

Rarely do we have backorders: however; occasionally due to situations beyond our control, we do. If you order an item that is backordered we will notify you by e-mail and sometimes telephone with current information on when you order will ship.

Orders typically ship by Ground Service FedEx. In an attempt to keep shipping costs down we will sometimes, at our discretion, change the shipping method from FedEx to USPS (United States Postal Service). We will notify you by e-mail of your new (lower) total and the carrier.

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your package and where it is going. We add a one dollar handling fee.

Suggestions for keeping shipping costs down:

We do not have a minimum order: however; it is much more economical for you to order two bottles of cleaner vs. one. Cases are the most economical way to order but we realize that it loses the benefit if is a lifetime supply for your situation. Another good way to save is to order the concentrated version of your cleaner if there is one offered. Unfortunately, many manufacturer’s don’t currently offer concentrates. If you would like suggestions on keeping costs down, call us between 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P. M. PST and we would be happy to give suggestions. If it is after business hours, call and leave a message or write it in the comments box.

When will my order Ship?

We warehouse all of our products. If you order by 11:00 A.M., PST Monday - Friday there is a very good chance your order will ship the same day. If you order over the weekend, your order will ship on Monday.

Your "Ship To" Address:

Please be thorough with your address. Do NOT leave off Street, Blvd, Ave., Unit or Apartment Number, etc. and do not leave off Suite Numbers, “2nd” Floor, etc. on business addresses. If UPS is not able to deliver your package or sends a postcard to get the full/correct address, UPS charges a $10 address correction fee. If they are not able to locate you with a postcard, the package comes back to us. Obviously, no one wants this scenario so give a complete address when completing your order.

Your "Bill To Address":

The reason we need the accurate “Bill to Address” of your Credit Card is for security purposes. When we process your order, your credit card needs to match the "bill to" information you supply. If it does not match we will call you first and then e-mail to receive the correct information as quickly as possible in order to ship your order.

Although we have had no problems with credit card fraud we do take it seriously and do our part to protect everyone's security.
