Return Policy
We are pleased to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy on any product returned to us and received within 30 days of your order date. We encourage you to call us first. We can often give suggestions to get the results you are looking for. If you are still unhappy, simply return the product and we will refund you for the full purchase price of the product plus any tax. It's that simple! (We are unable to reimburse for shipping charges unless the order was not filled correctly.)
Returns Received by WLYF’s between 30-60 days (Up to 2 months)
We
will gladly refund the full purchase price of a product received by us
in un-opened, un-used condition within 60 days of when you received the
product. All returns must be shipped back in sturdy packaging and
received by us in good condition. Orders that were processed correctly
by us and used by you are not eligible for return. Please check your
items against your packing slip, located in the box with your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for shipping charges on
orders that were filled correctly. Please call us at

Returns Received by WLYF between 61 – 90 days (2 to 3 months)
We
will gladly refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking charge of
a product returned to us and received in un-opened, un-used condition
within 61 to 90 days of when the customer received the product. All
returns must be shipped back in sturdy packaging and received by us in
good condition. Orders that were processed correctly by us and used by
you are not eligible for return. Please check your items against your
packing slip, located in the box with your order. Unfortunately, we are
unable to reimburse you for shipping charges on orders that were filled
correctly.

Received by WLYF between 91 – 180 days (3 to 6 months)
We
will gladly refund the purchase price minus a 25% restocking charge of
a product returned to us and received in un-opened, un-used condition
within 91 - 180 days of when the customer received the product. Please
note above the products that must be received within 90 days. All
returns must be shipped back in sturdy packaging and received by us in
good condition. Orders that were processed correctly by us and used by
you are not eligible for return. Please check your items against your
packing slip, located in the box with your order. Unfortunately, we are
unable to reimburse you for shipping charges on orders that were filled

Over 180 days (Over 6 months)
We
do not give any refund for products that have not been returned to us
within 180 days of when the customer received the product.
Shipping Policy on Returns

do not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping charges on
products when the order was filled correctly. If we make a mistake, we
