In addition to our internet site we are fully staffed to take your calls, answer your questions and make suggestions based on manufacturer recommendations.

Our site is secure and ordering online is safe: however; we welcome your call if you have any questions or would prefer to order over the telephone. If you call after business hours, please leave a message and we will return the call at the time you request.

We warehouse all of our products. If you order by 1:00 P.M., PST Monday - Friday there is a very good chance your order will ship the same day. If you order over the weekend, your order will ship on Monday.

In an attempt to keep shipping costs down we will sometimes, at our discretion, change the shipping method from FedEx Ground to USPS (United States Postal Service). We will notify you by e-mail of your new (lower) total and the carrier that will deliver your package.
